Why not visit The Church of the Holy Cross Thrift Shop at:
56 Washington Ave. North Plainfield.
Opened in October 2002, Betty’s Basement is an outreach ministry to the community. Gently
used clothes, shoes, small furniture, electronics, knickknacks, household items, games, and toys are sold at very reasonable prices. New items are added daily and special seasonal sales are held. Donations of clean, fully functioning items are accepted during store hours.
Special provisions are made for those in special circumstances.
Shop hours are:
Tuesday 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.,
Saturday 9a.m.-12noon.
